Our Story
A Legacy of Faith Since 1995
FBMI Church was founded in 1995 by Pastor John and Mrs. Mary Mbugua with a small group of 25 believers meeting in a rented hall. What began as a humble gathering has grown into a thriving congregation of over 2,000 members, touching countless lives across the nation and beyond.
Our journey has been marked by God's faithfulness, miraculous breakthroughs, and an unwavering commitment to spreading the Gospel. From our first permanent building in 2002 to our current state-of-the-art worship center, every milestone testifies to the goodness of God.
Today, FBMI Church stands as a beacon of hope, a center of excellence in ministry, and a community where lives are transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Statement of Faith
What We Believe
The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16).
The Trinity
We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, atoning death, and bodily resurrection.
Salvation
We believe salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, not by works (Ephesians 2:8-9).
The Church
We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, called to worship, fellowship, discipleship, and mission.
The Second Coming
We believe in the personal, visible return of Jesus Christ and the hope of eternal life for believers.
